- For changes to reservation information, please submit your request at least 24 hours before your flight’s departure or arrival to secure your clearance service privileges. No changes or cancellations will be allowed within 24 hours of the flight.
- For those using the departure service, you and your baggage must arrive at the separate terminal of Taoyuan Airport, the “VIP Terminal,” 120 minutes before flight departure.
